Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Hays!!! Their gorgeous candlelight wedding ceremony at The Bell Tower on 34th was nothing short of amazing! Guest thought they were coming for a reception, but were knocked out of their seats when they realized it was more than just a party….IT WAS A WEDDING!!!
